• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and order weight.
• We offer standard and expedited shipping options to meet your delivery needs.
• Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location.
3. Delivery Timeframes
• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days within the continental U.S.
• Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days within the continental U.S.
• Please note: Delivery timeframes may vary due to factors outside our control, such as weather or carrier delays.
4. International Shipping
• At this time, Luminous Affect ships only within the United States. International shipping is not available.
5. Order Tracking
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Use this tracking number to monitor your package’s delivery status directly on the carrier’s website.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
• If your package is damaged during shipping, contact LuminousAffect@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
• For lost packages, please notify us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
• Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Luminous Affect is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• If an error is noticed, contact us immediately at LuminousAffect to update your address before the order is shipped.
8. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the delivery, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
